Most failed floors in southwest Missouri aren't a product problem — they're a prep problem. A roller-and-bucket DIY kit laid over an unground slab will peel the first time a hot tire parks on it. Arrowhead Coating Co. profiles every slab mechanically with dust-controlled diamond grinders, then repairs cracks, spalls and pitting before a drop of coating goes down.
From there we install Simiron polyurea, polyaspartic and epoxy systems — and we pick the right one for the floor. Polyurea is our default for garages, driveways and outdoor surfaces: flexible from -30°F to 140°F, UV stable so it won't amber in the sun, and cured fast enough that you walk on the floor the same evening and park on it the next day. Professional epoxy is the right call for lower-traffic interiors and tighter budgets, and we'll tell you straight which fits your slab rather than pushing one option at every job.
